52 Fall DC Goals

I set my goals based on my previous challenges and the time that my life allows for working out in between the crazy life of being a wife, mother, and working full time.

CE:  90/104  (However, I am really trying for 95)

RT  15

CT  35

PG   Complete 520n52

PG 2  Track food on sparkpeople  30/52

PG 3  6 underhand chin ups



  1. Ah – Chin ups. I am slowly working on reducing the “assisted” amount on the chin ups. Actually – with my weight loss – I may not be making any progress. [sigh].

    Yet I know that you will make your goal – without assistance.
